A student may start their architectural design course at a local community or technical college. This would mean they achieved an associate’s degree. Those students may then transfer to a four year college to obtain their bachelor’s degree. Other students may decide to go to a four year university and just go for the bachelor’s degree. This is okay as well. A bachelor’s degree from an architectural design course is for the student who wants to further their education and have a leg above the competition for jobs. It can also just be for someone who wishes to master their trade. Basically a bachelor’s degree just means two more years of education and training than an associate’s degree.

This is a one year program for students who wish to take an architectural design course. This course focuses on sustainable or green building. In this course there will be course work in architecture, interior design, building construction, social sciences and science. The focus on this architectural design course is to teach about building and designing buildings that are safe and healthy for the residents while minimally impacting the environment. Kitchen and Bath Certificate

This architectural design course is exactly as it sounds. It is a two year course that specializes in kitchen and bath design. The purpose of the class is to prepare students for the national kitchen and bath exams. This will ensure them a career as a kitchen and bath designer.

It should be based on financial situation, job situation, family situation and then just what that student wants to do.
